Refund policy
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Your item must be faulty or damaged to be eligible for a free return. We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to let us know something is wrong with your order.
Once your return has been approved / sent return label, you have 7 days to ship your item back to us. Upon receipt we will inspect the return and if appropriate refund you within 3-5 working days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt with your order number for proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at modestyliving@hotmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label or returns address to organise shipping, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We unfortunately can't take responsibility for any damage that occurs during or after washing, as it's outside of our control. Due to the delicate nature of our fabrics and the fact that care can vary based on local water quality, detergents, and handling, we do always recommend cold hand washing with a mild detergent and avoiding machine washes entirely, even on delicate cycles.
Refunds
Once we receive your return you will be notified of your refund via email. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
